Position: Category Manager

Qualification: MBA Marketing
Age: 30 - 35
Experience: 6 to 8 years in brand management

You'll be responsible for ...

⇒	Defining and executing marketing objectives and strategies in line with marketing and generation plan to meet yearly KPI's.
⇒	Monitoring and delivering on key brand performance indicators for the assigned category.
⇒	Chairing new product development. Defining product roadmaps, price points and positioning, tracking implementation and development.
⇒	Centralizing and maintaining constant field intelligance and feedback on competitor's activities, product development, prices and business performance.
⇒	Developing the necessary business and product strategies to correctly position against the competition in the respective markets.
⇒	Preparing communication strategies (ATL & BTL) with agency and Communication Team.
⇒	Tracking monthly sales performance through dashboards and recommending push and pull strategies on monthly basis.

Position: Manager-CRM

Qualification: MBA with knowledge of statistical tools used in database management systems.
Age: Around 40
Experience: 10 to 15 years with hands on knowledge of running CRM Programs.
